Quiet Books are handmade
fabric books specially designed to playfully stimulate children's development.
Each page contains small activities that train fine motor skills, concentration, and
logical thinking, all without a screen.
How do I choose the right Quiet Book?

On each product page, you'll find an age recommendation and often a video with practical insights.

What materials are the Quiet Books made of?
Our Quiet Books are made from high-quality, OEKO-TEX® certified felt and cotton fabrics. Many elements such as ribbons, buttons, or Velcro fasteners are made from recycled polyester or sustainable materials. All components are carefully checked, child-safe, and TÜV-tested.
Can I wash the Quiet Books?
Our products can be easily cleaned by hand or with a soft brush and lukewarm water.
Is the price of a Quiet Book justified?
Yes – each Quiet Book is lovingly handmade from high-quality materials. It playfully accompanies your child through many learning phases. Not a mass-produced item, but a sustainable, educationally valuable toy that combines joy and knowledge.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
You can simply sign up for a notification on the product page
with your email address – we will automatically inform
you as soon as it is available again.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major
payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna
instant bank transfer and Shop Pay. Your payment will be securely processed via encrypted
connections.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can
change or cancel it. To do so, please send an email with your order number and
the desired changes to info@jolly-designs.com.
Once shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible, but you can of course return the items; the regular return procedure applies.
I haven't received an order confirmation by email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or
promotions folder first. If no email is present, contact us at info@jolly-designs.com with your name
and order number – we will gladly resend the confirmation to you.
I want to combine several products in one order – is there a price advantage for that?
Yes! On our Bundle page you will find lovingly curated sets with attractive price advantages.
You can also create your own bundles there – perfect if you want to combine several learning toys.
This way you save money and have beautiful gift or play sets for your child straight away.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the respective delivery country.
They are calculated automatically at checkout as soon as you select your country.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, and longer for international shipments. You can find more information here.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return or exchange unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Simply use our returns portal.
Once your package has arrived, we will refund you the amount via the original payment method.
I've lost parts, are there replacements?
Yes! We want your Quiet Book to bring you joy for a long time.
That's why we offer a free spare parts service for lost or damaged small parts.
Simply use our spare parts service page to request the part you need – we'll take care of the rest.
